How the Ordering Process Works

From choosing your structure to delivery, here's what to expect.

Step 1

The process will begin through an authorized dealer. The dealer assists in choosing the right carport or metal building that would work for you. They can help with standard carports to large metal buildings.

Step 2

The order is then sent to Southeastern Outdoor Products, where it is price verified and confirmed, to become an official order. You will then receive a phone call from one of our staff members to review the order and ensure that your order is correct.

Step 3

The order is then sent to the scheduling department to set up a delivery date. We then call you to confirm the date and discuss site preparation, payments upon delivery, and any additional fees that might arise.

Step 4

After the scheduled delivery date is confirmed, the order is sent to our manufacturing department. The panels and framing, as well as other materials for your building are then packaged and loaded onto a delivery trailer.
